What is Madd Handles?

Intense cardio, plymetrics, agility, and endurance come to play in this unique calorie-smashing workout. Unlike any group exercise class you’ve seen. Madd Handles®keeps the heart rate high while building real basketball handling skills that you can put to use on the court. While building strength, improving fast-twitch muscle reaction, and increasing agility, the class is shockingly simple to follow even for those who have never picked up a basket ball before! Students are focused on the ball, so the hour flies by, unlike some classes where they watch the clock while struggling through another set of reps. Whether or not your looking for a fun workout, a crazy calorie burn, or an edge in your next basketball game, Madd Handles®has you covered.

Classes are 60 minutes and combine various combination of the following:

  • Basic Basketball Fundamentals
  • Agility Drills
  • Coordinations Drills
  • Dribbling Drills
  • Strength Training
  • Plyometrics
  • Simple Dance Steps
